Recorded Call - Dabbler To Master

Tuesday homework time, for the last time!
So we are wrapping up camp and you are working hard to close out RSD.  No matter where you are in the process YOU WILL GET THERE.  Stay consistent.  You now have all the tools available and you will use them accordingly.  After all, what use is a jigsaw to someone who doesn't know how to use it?  EXACTLY. You now, KNOW HOW.

Today's homework is to compose and send an "EMAIL BROADCAST" to all the people you've spoken with in the past.

What is an Email Broadcast and How to Send one:

This will be an email to all your contacts.  Your email broadcast can be all text and or you can add graphics.  On Focal Point, to send an email broadcast, click on "Sales Tools" from the home page, then click on "Email Broadcasts" then click on "Create new email broadcast." It will then prompt you to select which folders you'd like the email to go to.  Select those and continue to the next page.  From here, you can either choose an email template from the Pre-written emails that are on there OR you can click on "Continue to the next step" at the bottom of the screen for a blank canvas where you can create your own.  On the pre-written emails, when you select one of those, it will give you the option to edit it.  So you can take an email from one of prewritten campaigns and update it with the current inoformation on yourself.... and also personalize it for best results.

Important components for this email:
Make sure they learn something about you and why you're here. Make it personal.  Add your why to your email, and if you are comfortable, a photo to personalize it.
Be sure they have a sign up link. A line like: "If you are ready to get started now, you can call me at xxx-xxx-xxxx OR you can visit (Enter your www.iboplus.com/YourUsername/Enroll here)  to enroll yourself online. IMPORTANT: Please select which plan you would like on the second page.  Stair Step is the most commonly chosen package to start with. Once I receive notification of your enrollment, I will email your training information out to you within minutes. Your websites will also be activated immediately so you can start working as soon as you'd like."
Make it interesting.  Use your EMPATHY to figure out what it's like to be them getting your email... What makes you open an email?  something catchy in the subject line... "Water is warm, jump on in"
"What are you waiting for?" "Are you ready?  I know I am"
Then if you have Focal Point, send the email to your entire "GENERAL" and "REQUEST INTERVIEW" folder.

If you are sending the blast through your own email program I'm sure the way it goes out varies, but send it to EVERYONE.

Don't discriminate and decide for them.  "Well, this prospect was lukewarm...".  if they don't want to be on your email list, they will tell you!

But above all, make sure they know you want to work with them, they will have the support and that you are LOOKING FORWARD to having them on the team!  Use strong action words that assume they would be crazy if they didn't work with you!

LET THE GAMES BEGIN!!!!
