Hey there Campers,
 
If you've hung in here till this point you are serious and probably beginning to see your business shift!  Positive things are happening!  Congratulations to you for committing to the big picture and your long term goals!

If you are having your 25 full presentations/week chances are you are getting better at presenting the information.  And you are more than likely finding time to sneak in more calls than that even!

Now we want to be sure we are doing all we can to bring those people on board.  Take what you've learned yesterday and let's put some of it into ACTION! 

Our homework today...  go back over your notes on your prospects and call back and follow through with 5 or more that were positive calls. People you spoke with, had a good conversation and need to check back with.  Be strong. 

Don't have a single conversation without asking the final question......  How do you feel about becoming part of our team?  

"It just takes a couple minutes to get your information to get you up and running.  Could you spell your first and last name for me, I want to make sure I have it perfect for your paychecks."

Some questions to break the ice:

Checking back in to see if you've had a chance to go through everything?
Are there any questions I can answer for you at this point?
I think you'd make a great addition to the team.  How do you feel?

See if you can't get a fence sitter off the fence today!

Hi there Campers,

If you've never been to a live dials "Smile and Dial" call, they are hosted on Thursday at 1pm Eastern time.  Each week a seasoned recruiter jumps on the conference line and makes their calls from within the conference line so you can have a birds eye view of what a prospecting call is like for them.

Happy Wednesday Campers!
We are officially half way through Boot Camp!  We've conquered a lot already... some phone fears, you're learning the art of lead generation, you're reaching victories... we are SO very proud of each of you!!  Some of you may be feeling like you're not far enough yet, that you should be RSD by now.  You may feel like you can't do this, that it's just not going to work for you.  But you CAN do this!  This is not the time to get down on yourself.  This is the time to dive in, work harder and keep persisting!  Just when you think you can't, all you need to do is put in more effort and fight through.  Stay POSITIVE!  Your mindset is absolutely EVERYTHING!

Weekend Homework

Hi Campers!!

Work on getting all your stuff organized this weekend.  Put your "DUCKS IN A ROW."  Put your leads in whatever folders you use. Clear off your desk. Clear out your voicemail. Answer all the emailed questions you've received.  BE READY for picking the phone right up on Monday and starting your week off with enrollments!  This is a light weekend for homework on purpose.  Catch up....  do the things you've not done.  Stretch...  Relax a little and be fresh for Monday!
