Good morning Campers!
We hope this email finds you happy, healthy and still SUPER excited about your goals for this RSD Boot Camp!!!!
It's day 22 of our Boot Camp and the end of camp is quickly approaching. It's very easy when you're working on a training camp like this to start off strong in the beginning, slow down about mid way and then start making excuses toward the end and letting those little voices in your head say things like "I'll just start strong again on the next training camp!" We know, we've been there. But you know what happens when you do that? You lose days and weeks. You waste precious time. And THAT is NOT fulfilling your commitment, is it? Don't let yourself down. You were built for greatness and we TRULY believe in each of you. This is why we are investing our time in you everyday for the next week or so and beyond!!
So your homework for today... How are you doing? Are you going to finish this camp strong or have you given up already? What ONE thing can you do TODAY to get yourself as pumped up as you were when the camp first started? We want to here from you on this:)
If you plan to finish this camp strong, reply to this email with the answer to the above questions and include "I'm finishing this camp STRONG!!" in the subject line!!
